THE PLACE
Casa Roka is a stunning Punta Mita vacation home, set on the northern reaches of the spear-shaped peninsula. THE SPACE
Designed by acclaimed architect, Manolo Mestre, this Punta Mita beachfront villa features exposed ceiling beams, dark wood, and rustic decorative pieces made from natural materials. Contrasted against green jungle surroundings, the characterful spaces have a private, stylish jungle feel. The large living boasts an extended lounging sofa, with wooden slatted doors on one side and windowed doors on the other, that slide open to let in light and tropical breeze. The windowed side opens out to an infinity pool and hot tub with sun loungers and an awesome ocean view. A separate dining room centers around a beautiful oval table made of wood, and a sleek, fully equipped kitchen looks out to greenery.

SLEEPING ROOMS
Casa Roka can accommodate up to 14 guests in 6 bedrooms, all with their own ensuite bathroom and five with outdoor showers. Two King Master bedrooms enjoy private terraces with ocean views over Monkey Mountain, and a further two King suites have private balconies. An additional two suites each offer two Queen sized beds with outdoor terraces. Sophisticated lines and cosy furnishings give a calm and homely feel throughout the sleeping rooms.

Wander down the garden, complete with its own bar, to reach the private cabaña on the beach for oceanside chilling.
