THE PLACE
The three-level, Villa Las Palmas 36, is a stunning luxury vacation rental situated on the tropical, spear-shaped peninsula of Punta Mita, Riviera Nayarit. The opulent area includes a 1,500 acre resort and residential community, surrounded by the natural beauty of white sand beaches and the Pacific Ocean. THE SPACE
The spacious, private villa has a bountiful 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 19 guests. An earthy palette of cream and brown colors runs through the design, with wooden furniture and muted greys, blues and greens scattered in a plethora of cushions. The places to relax and hang out are endless, and extend seamlessly from indoors to outdoors through huge sliding glass doors. Breeze and natural light flow in for a balmy time in the open plan living and dining area. An abundance of sun loungers beckons guests outside to unwind by the heated pool, while staring out to mountains and sea.

SLEEPING ROOMS
Bedrooms are spread across the three floors and present ample arrangements for sleeping. On the ground floor, three bedrooms each have two Queen beds, a day bed, and an indoor shower – one of these rooms comes with an extra outdoor shower and terrace. Level two is home to the Master King room, with an ensuite bathroom complete with indoor and outdoor shower, and an ocean view. Another bedroom with two Queen beds shares the second floor, also enjoying an ensuite bathroom. Level three provides a further two ocean view bedrooms, both with their own ensuites including a bathtub. One room comes with two Queen beds and the other is the Junior Master with a King bed. All bedrooms have the welcome touches of a TV and air conditioning.

SURROUNDINGS
Spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and Riviera Nayarit’s dramatic coastline are a real highlight, and pose as a scenic backdrop throughout the villa’s spaces. The crescent moon shaped pool area acts as a beautiful auditorium to the unspoilt views, to be taken in from single and double loungers or a dip in the infinity pool. A hot tub, outdoor grill, and al fresco dining area are wonderfully positioned to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. After dinner, guests can retire to the grassy garden, where a sunken fire pit with wraparound sofas sets a cozy scene.
