THE PLACE
The contemporary and spacious, Villa Pacifica, is located just a few minutes drive from Punta Mita village, overlooking Banderas Bay and the Pacific Ocean. This private villa sits in the exclusive community of Rancho Estates, on the southern side of the peninsula. The oceanfront property offers a Mexico luxury vacation enveloped by mesmerising sunsets, and views out to the iconic Marieta Islands.

THE SPACE
Villa Pacifica is a modern-style vacation home just a few steps from the ocean, designed by the acclaimed architect, Pepe de Yturbe. With 5.5 bathrooms and the option to include 5 to 7 bedrooms, the luxury villa rental can accommodate between 10 to 14 adults, and 2 children. The interior design is chic and uplifting, with brightening whites running across the walls, floors and furniture, set off by bold Mexican colors and stylish decorative details. Clean lines and plenty of natural light provide a fresh space from which to enjoy the gorgeous tropical surroundings. A large living and dining area in the center of the property has ample space for lounging, and opens out to the lovely garden area with a private pool and ocean views.

SLEEPING ROOMS
The upper level is home to two fabulous bedrooms with king-sized beds. The Pacifica Master suite sweeps most of the floor and comes with a its own sitting area, plus a large private deck with two outdoor showers, and a sunken tub directly overlooking the ocean. The Marietas suite also has a private balcony, with a seating area looking out to the water. The two Bugambilias suites each have two queen-sized beds, private patios with seating areas and outdoor showers. The Palm Tree Terrace suite sits by the central living space, overlooking the courtyard, and counts with a king bed and private bathroom. With the option of seven bedrooms available, two more cabaña rooms at the main villa entrance each provide two twin beds.

SURROUNDINGS
This Punta Mita villa rental is filled with unique spaces for relaxing in paradise. A lush garden and half-moon pond at the entrance pass into the Royal Palm courtyard, which gazes through the central living area out to the blue pool and Jacuzzi. Comfy, poolside, queen-sized lounge beds are perfect for soaking up the sun’s rays in the daytime, or taking in the magical sunsets in the evenings. A grassy area just in front of the pool includes a cozy firepit, and connects to the private beach below. Here guests can stroll and take a swim, or enjoy the complimentary kayaks, paddleboards and body boards.
