THE PLACE
This luxury villa on Punta Mita’s northern shoreline is enveloped by the Riviera Nayarit’s abundant tropical beauty. Estate La Sierra is located just under a one-hour drive north of Puerto Vallarta Airport.

THE SPACE
This ocean view Punta Mita villa is super sleek and modern. Peach, cream, and white tones lay a soft canvas for decorative details that pay homage to Mexican design and nature, while catching the glowing multicolor hues of the bay’s famous sunsets. The private rental is well designed to host family and friends, with different spaces for relaxing together or solo, including indoor, outdoor and courtyard lounges, formal and al fresco dining, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Estate La Sierra’s terrace is set up to make the most of those incredible surrounding views, with covered areas, a wet bar, infinity pool, sunbeds and parasols facing straight out to endless blue.

SLEEPING ROOMS
Five light and airy bedrooms are decked out with stylish wooden furniture, Mexican textiles, and smart TVs, sleeping up to twelve guests. Three of the rooms offer king beds and the remaining two each have two queen beds, all with their own spacious ensuite bathroom and double vanities. The guest rooms boast a mix of additional luxury features, from walk-in closets, ocean views, and direct pool access, to stand-alone rain showers, bathtubs, and balconies.

SURROUNDINGS
Estate La Sierra is a perfect match for getting some R+R while basking in stunning panoramas with the utmost privacy. Lazy afternoons by the pool, casual barbecues and sunset cocktails are all part of the experience. Beyond the villa, Punta Mita is known for its swanky beach clubs and world-class golf courses, as well as local surf spots, fresh seafood cuisine, and seasonal whale watching. The buzzing beach town of Sayulita is a short drive up the coast, and there are plenty of gorgeous beaches to explore on the peninsula.

AMENITIES
A stay at the villa includes premier membership at Club Punta Mita, which grants access to both courses, four beach clubs, a tennis center and fitness facilities. On property, guests will have the assistance of daily housekeeping, concierge and a chef for breakfast and lunch (groceries not included).
