This gorgeous private rental can be found within the exclusive gated community of Puerto Los Cabos, between mountains and the Sea of Cortez. One of the residencies of Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, the oceanview Los Cabos villa has a privileged position just steps away from a 2-mile beach.

 

THE SPACE
The modern property offers 10,000 sq. ft. of private space for guests to enjoy a relaxing and luxurious Mexico vacation. Natural tones, warm stone, and wood accents complement an elegant and uplifting beach theme, expressed through ceramics, wall hangings, and contemporary artwork. The line is blurred between indoors and outdoors with the living room´s large glass sliding doors, illuminated space, and soaring ceilings. A central, open-air courtyard hosts a boho lounge with a fire feature, encircled by leafy branches and cacti.

 

SLEEPING ROOMS
This Los Cabos luxury home can accommodate up to fourteen adults and two children across five tasteful bedrooms, some with refreshing indoor/outdoor showers. The main King guest room enjoys a bathtub, and the second bedroom comes with a private terrace, ocean views, a/c and two Queen beds. A further two rooms each count with two Queen beds and a/c. A final bedroom provides two Single beds and a/c.

 

SURROUNDINGS
The indoor courtyard and living room sweep through to a generous outdoor space and ocean views. A partially shaded area features a dining table and gas BBQ beside a covered plush lounge, with a beautiful, heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi in front. Soak up the sunshine on loungers and a swinging armchair, and walk across the lush, landscaped garden to a sunken lounge and stone firepit in the evenings. Guests can make the most of their proximity to the Ritz Zadún, with access to its beach club, marina, and two golf courses.
