THE SPACE

Throughout the generous living room and dining area, courtyard, and bedrooms, the aesthetic is spotless and serene with muted tones and tasteful homely touches like open stone walls, woven chairs, and colorful cushions. The main interior space seamlessly sweeps out to a shaded al fresco dining and lounge area and the crisp, L-shaped swimming pool dotted with sun loungers. A firepit hugged by curved seating claims its own corner across the manicured garden lawn, a cozy spot to enjoy the panoramic sea views and sit under the stars into the evening.

 

SLEEPING ROOMS
Villa 5 can accommodate up to 14 guests in five well-appointed bedrooms and the media room`s sofa bed. Two main king suites feature outdoor showers and large sliding doors opening to private patios with ocean vistas. Two more guest rooms each provide two queen beds and outdoor showers, while a fifth bedroom rounds up the sleeping quarters with two sets of bunk beds and an additional single bed, ideal for children.

This home-away-from-home boasts a privileged position on a beachfront bluff, one of just a handful of residences with front row seats to an elevated view over the white sand beach below and Sea of Cortez stretching to the horizon. The pretty town of San José del Cabo is just a 20-minute drive away, with its cobblestone streets, restaurants, and art galleries.
