THE SPACE
This gorgeous private rental blends romance and comfort with a design that incorporates open stone, colorful tiles and textiles, pillars, arches, and plush furniture scattered throughout the interior and exterior spaces. Three sets of sliding doors line the walls of the indoor open plan living and dining area, inviting in the natural light and surrounding greenery. On one side, the space flows through a wide arch into a beautiful kitchen, and on the other, opens to the enchanting outdoor patio. A shaded al fresco dining area with a kiva-style fireplace sits under dark wooden beams, sun loungers line the freeform infinity pool and jacuzzi, while armchairs gather around a circular stone firepit. Arches and pillars wrap around the villa, offering more shaded seating with a view to the enveloping lush flora and a peek of the Sea of Cortez.

 

SLEEPING ROOMS
Casita 37´s four bedrooms spread across two levels, accommodating up to eight guests. The main king bedroom and another room with two queen beds can be found downstairs, with an additional king room and bedroom with another two queen beds upstairs. Terracotta floors with large rugs, bright textiles, and ornate details create peaceful and stylish spaces for resting, with some ensuites featuring jacuzzi bathtubs, tiled open showers, and artwork. Windowed doors open the bedrooms to the ground floor patio or upper floor terrace, with views over the surrounding Baja landscape.

 

SURROUNDINGS
Sip coffee on the terrace as you enjoy the morning breeze, spend the afternoon dipping in the swimming pool or curl up in a shady spot with your favorite book, and watch the day turn to night relaxing around the villa´s firepit. Guests at Casita 37 also have access to the restaurants, golf course, bars, and spa at the neighboring One&Only Palmilla resort (reservations required), while the charming town of San José del Cabo can be reached in 10 minutes.
