With 4,990 square feet of living space, this Cabo villa sleeps up to ten people in five well-appointed, air-conditioned bedrooms.

Feel your body shift down into vacation mode the second you step through the villa’s gates into the charming courtyard, complete with water fountain. The shared spaces are bright and roomy with high ceilings and sliding doors that open whole rooms to the sea breezes. A comfy gathering place for your group, the living room features a plush seating arrangement in front of a fireplace. The open-plan dining/kitchen area has an eight-person dining table and a wall-to-wall sliding door that opens to a terrace, complete with BBQ and dining table. Blessed with an ocean view, the gourmet kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, rich wood cabinetry and a granite-topped island with stools tucked under one end — a restful spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

The five bedrooms in this luxury villa are outfitted with comfortable beds, sumptuous linens, breathtaking views, and private bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms have king beds while the fifth has two twin beds (perfect for children or singles). The spacious master suite, boasting ocean views from the comfort of the bed, has a brick fireplace tucked into one corner. Another king-bedded suite has its own kitchenette with a table for four. The spacious bathrooms are decorated in earthy tones with Travertine tile and dark wood accents.

The outdoor spaces are incredible at Casa Tropico, showcasing a unique, curved-edge infinity pool, alongside a grand terrace with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a palapa-covered dining spot. The indoor living room spills onto a covered, outdoor seating area where you can stretch out on the long sofa while deciding whether to take a dip in the pool or soak in the Jacuzzi. Afterwards, a refreshing rinse in the outdoor shower is always a tempting idea. In the evenings, cozy up in front of the outdoor fire pit for conversation and cocktails and dine alfresco under the stars. If you want more activity, visit the Punta Ballena Beach Club where you can work out, indulge in a spa treatment, play tennis, and enjoy a meal.
