THE PLACE
This stunning, luxury beachfront villa is nestled within the otherworldly beauty of the Sian Ka´an Biosphere Reserve. As one of the most ecologically diverse places in the world, the protected area is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offering a truly spectacular setting for your Mexico vacation retreat. Casa Mam is situated 3.2 km into the northern throws of Sian Ka´an, between the turquoise Caribbean Sea and mangrove lagoons. It´s a perfect spot for those looking for a luxury vacation home with privacy, fresh air, and awesome nature views.

THE SPACE
Chic modern concrete contrasts against tropical wooden architecture that invites guests to connect with the environment, while experiencing total comfort and seclusion. The main palapa area opens through sliding doors that run the length of the space, joining with an oceanfront deck and climatized pool on one side, and lush jungle deck on the other. There are plenty of places to hang out within the villa, from the elegant open-plan lounge and dining space to beach hammocks swaying between palm trees.

SLEEPING ROOMS
Four spacious bedrooms, all with fabulous views, and a glamping tent provide sleeping space for up to 12 people. The impressive loft-style, king Master Bedroom is steps away from a plunge pool and three decks with jungle, lagoon, and ocean views. It also counts with a sento bath and shower with jungle vistas. Two king Deluxe rooms with full bathrooms enjoy ocean or lagoon scenery and private balconies. An additional guest room has the option for two individual beds or a king size, with a private oceanview balcony. An oceanfront glamping tent with two single beds completes the set up.

SURROUNDINGS
Guests will love feeling enveloped by natural beauty at this Sian Ka´an private rental. Sitting on 4.2 acres, the property boasts a 300ft stretch of private beachfront for gazing out to blue waters or taking a dip. Head up to the rooftop deck for dramatic 360 views; a dreamy spot for yoga sessions at dusk and dawn or relaxing in the infinity pool at sunset.

AMENITIES
The Casa Mam experience includes the welcome assistance of housekeeping, house concierge, and pre-stocking services. A cook will also be available each morning to start your days in paradise with a tasty breakfast.
