Beachfront Casa Bellamar is a private retreat up the East Cape of Los Cabos. This Mexico villa enjoys a serene setting near Shipwrecks Beach, facing the Sea of Cortez on the Baja Peninsula. With a modern-hacienda style, this luxury villa features arcaded silhouettes, red-tiled roofs and a traditional Mexican palapa. Casa Bellamar accommodates up to 18 guests, so it’s ideal for family and friend reunions.

THE SPACE
The interiors of this luxury home are sophisticated, yet cozy and comfortable at the same time. Natural textiles and organic accents, rendered in wood and stone create a warm and welcoming ambiance. The living and dining areas share a space where wall-to-wall glass doors to the terrace allow for uninterrupted views of the sea. Gather for cocktails and stories about the day in the relaxed seating area in front of the fireplace. A round table with cushy upholstered chairs makes a great spot for a laidback evening of playing cards. A 10-person wood dining table with chairs covered in a colorful print fabric finishes out the space. The beach villa also has a fully equipped kitchen, fitness room and high-speed Wi-Fi.

SLEEPING ROOMS
After a day of sun, surf and exploration, guests of Casa Bellamar get to retreat to cozy suites each evening. The eight bedrooms feature traditional decor, including sumptuously soft linens, wood furniture and beautifully upholstered furnishings. There are five bedrooms with king beds, including one with a kitchenette. Others have a fireplace, walk-in closet or direct beach access. Each has a spacious bathroom with double vanities and stand-alone showers. One elegant bath is appointed with travertine floors, a freestanding tub, and a romantic chandelier. The family suite, outfitted with a kitchenette, lounge area with TV and double twin beds, shares a bathroom with the queen-bedded room. A perfect setup for families with children! Each suite in this luxury villa features a Sonos sound system, air conditioning and a terrace.

SURROUNDINGS
The resort-like grounds feature covered terraces with seating to settle in with a glass of wine to take in the stunning views. An expanse of lush green lawn dotted with lounge chairs faces the beach where crystal-clear water houses a living coral reef. An open-air palapa covers the outdoor wet bar, which extends to the private, heated pool. From the comfort of the infinity pool, swim up to a bar stool for a cocktail. For alfresco dining, fire up the BBQ on the terrace and enjoy dinner under the stars. The outdoor area also includes a hot tub, outdoor shower and tennis court.

A stay at this beach villa includes the services of a warm and professional staff who are there to make your stay run smoothly and make arrangements for you. After a private check-in, you can count on the villa’s chef, butler, housekeeping staff and villa manager for all your needs.
