Warm and welcoming, the Cabo villa is decorated in Earthy colors and rich tones. The elements of stone, metal and wood are tempered with luxurious textiles and high ceilings. The open-air living room makes a comfy spot to gather for drinks before dinner. After dinner, your group can reconvene in the swanky game room, complete with bar, air hockey and foosball. All your entertainment needs will be met, from satellite and Apple TV to zoned audio to a video game console. Perhaps your late-night activities will include a movie in the theater or a dance party under the sparkling disco ball. The chef’s kitchen is outfitted with professional appliances, dark-wood cabinetry, granite countertops and a limestone backsplash. A wrought-iron chandelier hangs over the breakfast bar, where six guests can sit for coffee in the morning. Sea breezes flow fluidly through the indoor/outdoor spaces as one wall opens completely to the patio. Deciding whether to dine inside or out each evening will be challenging, as the villa comfortably accommodates both options. Other amenities of the villa include central air conditioning, washer/dryer, and private security.

This stately vacation villa includes five, spacious ensuite bedrooms. From lushly upholstered headboards to woven tapestries, no detail has been left to chance. The master bedroom features a canopied king bed, satellite TV, and an exclusive terrace with ocean views. There’s even a telescope for late-night stargazing. The bathroom is appointed with a shower, bathtub and double vanity. Two other suites have king beds and private terraces with spectacular ocean views. The third bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed with a bathroom with shower. The final suite is perfectly suited to children or friends in your group as it is adorned with playful colors and has two twin beds and a private terrace. Each bathroom is spacious and elegant, offering L’Occitane bath amenities. Daily maid service (except for Sundays and holidays) will ensure a squeaky-clean suite.

As you linger on the expansive terrace overlooking the vibrant sea, you’ll feel like you’re a million miles from home. A round Jacuzzi feeds into the heated infinity pool, which has a sunken fire pit within it–so you won’t have to leave the pool to sip cocktails with friends! Continue the party at the alfresco wet bar and barbecue. If you’re inspired to work out, the beach club next to the villa has a gym (there’s a small charge for use). If you are up for some adventure, fishing, nightlife, surfing, golf, diving and snorkeling are all at your fingertips.
