Those looking to shift some hard yards can head to the sweeping infinity pool, which boasts panoramic views over the ocean. Alternatively, the soft sands are a great place for a morning run.
After a tough session, the on-site spa – fit for athletes – is simply irresistible. Just a short walk across the terrace from the gym, the spa includes a sauna and steam room, a tropical shower, plus a massage parlor for when achy limbs need extra attention.
Perhaps most exciting of all, however, is the spa’s snow room – potentially the only snow room in Mexico – a 3m x 2.4m space kept at a chilly -10°C (14°F). It’s believed the icy temperatures help to boost the immune system and aid blood circulation. World-class athletes across the planet use a similar theory, except often in far-less glamorous buckets of water filled with ice, to reduce swelling and aid recovery.

Once cleaned up and ready to reenergize, food is provided by the private onsite chef who can work with dietary requirements to provide gourmet food with all the proteins, vitamins, and goodness needed to start the whole routine again the following day.
