THE PLACE
Melt into a relaxing Mexico vacation at this oceanview Los Cabos villas, tucked away in the Caleta private gated community. Located on the sandy shores of San José del Cabo Bay just a 30-minute drive from SJD Airport, guests will be treated to sweeping panoramas of the Sea of Cortez stretching from Punta Palmilla to Punta Gorda.

THE SPACE
This gorgeous Los Cabos luxury villa boasts Spanish colonial-era design against a backdrop of open blue sea. Architecture and interiors take cues from classic hacienda-style glamour, featuring marble pillars, wooden ceiling beams, and old-world furnishings. Inside, cream Cantera-tiled floors are draped with patterned rugs, a candlelit chandelier floats over the grand dining table and plush sofas welcome guests to gather around the fireplace. Several windowed wooden doors open onto the shaded veranda, where guests can lounge with spectacular ocean views framed by romantic arches. Sun loungers are poised for basking in the sunshine beside the beautiful ocean view infinity pool and a hot tub encircled by stones and vibrant flowers.

SLEEPING ROOMS
Six regal ensuite guest rooms each carry an individual design, decorated with artwork, cheerful textiles, and vintage furniture. Two of the king bedrooms feature a bathtub and private terrace with ocean views, one with an additional single bed, while a further two rooms each count with a queen bed. The villa offers additional sleeping space in a convertible king room and another with two double beds plus a kitchenette.

Villa Gloriosa feels like a private hideaway surrounded by tropical desert beauty. The expansive ocean vistas are mesmerizing, and the property offers lots of special corners to enjoy them from; an outdoor shaded table perched on the edge of the patio, the cozy firepit area, the infinity swimming pool and jacuzzi, or walking down private steps to the sandy Palmilla Cove. Guests are perfectly placed to spot migrating whales in the winter months, explore the charming town of San José del Cabo, and discover the surrounding treasures of Los Cabos.

AMENITIES
This stunning private home comes with access to the Palmilla golf and tennis clubs, as well as the restaurants at the neighboring One&Only Palmilla resort (all require reservations). Guests will be treated to a complimentary arrival airport transfer (max 10 people) and a welcome box with snacks and champagne, as well as the services of a daily maid (excluding Sundays and national holidays), a local concierge, and 24/7 emergency support. Additionally, the villa provides the modern comforts of a gourmet kitchen, TV room, office space, Wi-Fi, outdoor BBQ, and air conditioning.
