With breathtaking views of the sparkling blue Sea of Cortez, this villa is fronted by a picturesque, swimmable beach. Casa Alegria offers 8,758 square feet of grand living space encompassing five bedrooms which sleep 14 guests.

This Mexican villa’s well-lit spaces feature arcaded silhouettes, exposed beams, and wrought-iron touches. The bright and airy spaces are grounded by rich wood furniture and exquisite stone work. The neutral color scheme is interrupted with unexpected pops of color in artwork and pillows. The beautiful gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, sure to excite the chef in your party. Gather your group for dinner around the dining table, which seats eight guests. This beach villa has all the amenities you’d expect of an upscale resort, including a water purification system and central air conditioning. For indoor entertainment, satellite TV makes it easy to catch a game on the flat screen TV. An audio system that’s compatible with your iPod/iPhone makes for a lively evening of dancing.

Reminiscent of Italy, the five suites feature cream-colored walls offset by rich wood trim. Making whole walls disappear, wooden French doors frame stunning ocean views from some of the suites. Old-world charm is reflected in the substantial wood furniture, travertine flooring, and bright Otomi textiles with their whimsical patterns. Three bedrooms feature king beds, and the other two have double queen beds. The charming ensuite bathrooms have showers, and the luxury villa includes daily maid service (except Sundays and holidays).

The crown jewel of the villa is its magical outdoor living areas. A stunning two-level pool, flanked by a round Jacuzzi, is joined by a waterfall. Each level enjoys an expansive, sun-filled terrace with comfortable lounge chairs. While the kids face off in a game of foosball, fire up the gas BBQ and dine alfresco at the palapa-covered dining area on the upper level. After dinner, gather around the telescope to gaze at stars and planets in the clear night sky.
