THE PLACE
This private luxury home can be found on Los Cabos´ Tourist Corridor, a 20-mile sweep of beaches and hotels that links Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. The multi-building villa sits on the edge of the Sea of Cortez, a beautiful spot for a peaceful Mexico vacation.

 

THE SPACE
Villa La Concha is a gorgeous beachfront rental that takes inspiration from its surroundings, incorporating sandy tones and splashes of blue into a laid-back color palette, paired with wooden and woven furniture. The spacious indoor lounge features a palapa roof that covers a fresh white space decorated with homely touches. A set of long sliding doors reveals amazing sea and garden views, with stone paths leading between other palapa buildings and outdoor areas. Outside, the oceanfront Los Cabos villa offers guests a wealth of lounging and dining spaces to unwind, enjoy company, and take in the enveloping beauty.

 

SLEEPING ROOMS
Up to twelve guests can be accommodated at Villa La Concha with six bathrooms and six bathrooms, most boasting a turquoise burst of sea view. Sleeping arrangements include two main King bedrooms and an additional four rooms each with two Double beds. Some of the guest rooms feature glass sliding doors, private patio seating areas, and a relaxing bathtub with ocean views. The sleeping rooms have a calming décor with wooden ceiling details and pops of color.

 

SURROUNDINGS
Enjoy lazy afternoons in the infinity pool and jacuzzi that overlook green mangroves and pristine sea views. Soak up the sunshine on loungers under swaying palm trees, or chill in the huge outdoor palapa looking over the green garden to the blue horizon. Another covered outside lounge area sits by the pool, backed by a sandy stone wall with a built-in bar. Just steps from the beach, guests can stroll along soft sands and dip their toes into the water while basking in a sunset sky. Golfers can make the most of the Cabo Real and El Dorado golf clubs nearby.

 

AMENITIES
Guests staying at the villa will receive the assistance of a daily maid and housekeeping, as well as house concierges, pre-stocking services and zoned air conditioning to stay fresh.
