THE PLACE
This beachfront villa is part of the Punta del Burro oceanside community, a secluded neighborhood located under a 10-minute drive from Punta Mita village. The three-story oceanfront property sits in prime place on soft sands, admiring the breathtaking natural beauty of Banderas Bay.

 

THE SPACE
An uplifting design fills this private luxury rental, with Mexican colors, fun textile patterns and decorations that create a holiday vibe and distinct aesthetic. Wood and stone feature throughout the property, nodding to the coastal setting, and the use of glass panels maximizes amazing views of the lush surroundings. The lower floor is dedicated to entertaining and relaxing; an eclectic living room, dining area and kitchen open to the outdoor area through huge glass doors or windows, allowing the sea breeze and exuberant tropical magic in. Outside offers an ocean view infinity style pool and jacuzzi, palapa al fresco lounge, and green garden below swaying palm trees brimming with coconuts.

 

SLEEPING ROOMS
Sueños del Alma offers a dreamy Mexico vacation for up to ten guests, with the five bedrooms found across the upper main level and second floor. All rooms have an ensuite bathroom and four also enjoy a private terrace with sparkling views of the Pacific Ocean. The main bedroom and three additional rooms each host a King-sized bed, and a fifth guest room provides two Queen beds. Every space has its own identity, decorated with colorful walls, bohemian rugs, paintings, and even a piano.

 

SURROUNDINGS
Get inspired by the expansive ocean views and tropical tones all around, not to mention the magnificent sunsets that grace the skies of Banderas Bay. Steps lead from the pool straight onto the beach, perfect for daily surf sessions at the local break, swimming, and walks in the sand. The area is well known for its marine activities, seasonal whale watching, and luxurious laid-back atmosphere.

 

AMENITIES
Guests can take kayaks and paddleboards to explore the shoreline, work up a sweat at the villa´s gym, or take a break with a movie in the media room. Sueños del Alma comes with the assistance of a chef for all meals, a butler and daily housekeeping, as well as concierge and a pre-stocking service. Wi-Fi is available, the neighborhood is surveyed by 24/7 security, and there´s an in-villa elevator to move with ease between floors.
