THE SPACE
This private home is split into several modern structures that sit alongside a rear garden, central decking, and frontal beach area. Uber-contemporary architecture uses sloping roofs and features a beach-inspired color palette, completed with textural furnishings. The spotless state-of-the art kitchen boasts a stone-finished central island and all the modern amenities. Different shades of wood boards line many walls and ceilings, beautiful hexagonal tiles decorate the floors, and large windows and sliding doors tempt the tropical surroundings in. The indoor living room feels spacious and cozy at once, furnished with sandy wooden furniture and plush white armchairs. Huge windows frame tropical leaves, while ocean views appear through glass windowed sliding doors that open onto the expansive outdoor terrace. A spacious wood deck sits at the heart of this Punta Mita luxury property, with a central thatched-palapa alfresco living room and plenty of plush seating, both shaded and in the sunshine.

 

SLEEPING ROOMS
Each of the six bedrooms, sleeping up to 14 guests, is set within a luxury casita with the sweeping roof design, a private patio, ensuite bathroom (some with bathtubs), and garden or ocean views. Four of the guest rooms count with a King bed, one of which has its own office, Jacuzzi, and ocean view swimming pool attached. Another room provides two built-in bunk beds, perfect for children, and the final bedroom completes the sleeping arrangements with two Queen size beds. The décor employs a calming neutral color palette and regional art-inspired textiles.

 

SURROUNDINGS
Guests will enjoy an ice blue swimming pool that stretches alongside the outdoor living room, expanding onto flora-dotted white sands. Take in amazing ocean views and dip your toes in the water along the private rocky shoreline. For a different type of visual, behind the palapa you´ll find a lush green garden with a tranquil pond and lily pads, as well as some secret nooks perfect for relaxing! Two office areas, a wet bar, gas BBQ, and a state-of-the-art fitness room cater to a variety of needs.

 

AMENITIES
Guest at Villa Samba will receive the services of daily housekeeping, a chef for 3 meals per day and pre-stocking, concierge, and the gated community´s 24/7 security. Air conditioning in many of the bedrooms and Wi-Fi are welcome additions, as well as 6-passenger golf cart. A Premier Membership, which provides guests with full access to the Kupuri and Pacifico beach clubs, is also included.
