THE PLACE
This 3-level, private oceanfront home is located in the Punta Sam gated residential community. Around a 30-minute drive from the airport, the modern villa is set to the north of Cancun and well placed to explore the ¨El Meco¨ Mayan ruins nearby, as well as the largest coral reef in the northern hemisphere just off the coast.
THE SPACE
The luxury Punta Sam villa boasts clean, contemporary architecture with a striking entrance hall, studded with uniform square windows. This geometric pattern runs through the design, from ceilings to walls to flooring, perfectly offset by leafy green plants, elegant furniture, and tasteful decorative details. The open plan first floor feels spacious, seamlessly blending an indoor Jaccuzi and pool into the living room, dining area and kitchen. Huge glass windows and folding doors create a light and airy indoor/outdoor experience, with polished floors and surprising wooden design featured throughout the property. There´s even a bar with an ice machine and 75¨ TV to enjoy some entertainment with a cocktail.

This pristine oceanfront villa in Cancun has 6 gorgeous bedrooms for resting, sleeping up to 15 guests. The second floor´s Arrecife King Master Suite counts with a spacious bathroom and private terrace. On the same level, the two Queen Junior Sutes, Cielo and Mangle, share a terrace with each enjoying oceanview bathtubs. The first floor offers more sleeping space with the Mar King Master Suite, and the Arena Double Room is a great choice for children with two double beds, a front garden view and Xbox.
