THE PLACE
This peaceful beachfront villa can be found some 20km south of Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR) in the secluded fishing village of Quimixto. Accessible only by boat, guests will start to connect with the area´s spectacular natural beauty from the get-go, taking in panoramic views of Banderas Bay from the water transfer. Villa Mixto is just a 5-minute walk from Xinalani hotel, where guests can enjoy full access.

 

THE SPACE
This private rental is designed for guests to totally disconnect in a magical mountain-meets-ocean setting. A pair of palapa-topped structures host penthouses and guest rooms, while the open-air shared areas feature a private swimming pool, plush daybeds on the beach, two covered lounges, a kitchen, bar, and dining area. The décor takes cues from the natural surroundings, with earthy colors and natural textures that complement incredible views of the Pacific Ocean.

 

SLEEPING ROOMS
An ocean view villa in every sense of the word, Mixto offers blue vistas from each of its six guest rooms, sleeping up to a total of 20 guests. Four cozy yet spacious rooms each accommodate three people in one king size and one single bed, opening onto the first-floor balcony or pool deck. Two penthouse suites each sleep up to four people in one king and two single beds (2nd available upon request) and enjoy a private balcony or oceanfront sun deck. Every room boasts a floor-to-ceiling glass front with sliding doors, creating constant conversation with the ocean.

 

SURROUNDINGS
At Mixto, you´re encircled by jungle mountains, swaying palms, and an ocean view that goes straight to the horizon. The surroundings invite guests to slow down to the Quimixto pace of life, relax in a tropical oasis, and connect with simplicity. Adventure can be had too, there´s surf right on the villa´s doorstep, wellness activities at nearby mother property, Xinalani, and hikes or horse rides to a beautiful swimmable waterfall. It´s easy to hop into a local fishing boat to explore other nearby paradise beaches, go snorkeling, or head to Puerto Vallarta to explore the city.

 

AMENITIES
Mixto accompanies the luxury of a nature-soaked stay with modern comforts like Wi-Fi and air conditioning, plus a safe for personal items. Guests will enjoy the assistance of a cleaning service, virtual concierge and nightly security, as well as a personal chef to prepare three daily meals and a bartender.
