This stunning home strikes the perfect balance between rustic and modern decor, creating a private luxury villa for your time in Mexico. The owners thoughtfully scoured antique shops, auctions and flea markets to hand-select each element of the villa, from the spoons in the kitchen, to the sumptuous linens and beautiful tiles. This personal attention-to-detail creates an atmosphere that is familiar and nurturing without sacrificing sophistication. The sizeable living and dining space on the first level brings new meaning to open concept with a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and a sky window that runs across the whole space. The palette is neutral with comfortable furnishings, patterned tile insets in the travertine floor and exposed rustic beams. The refined decor allows the natural beauty of the outdoors to steal the spotlight.

The villa offers five large bedrooms, each with its own private terrace that provides spectacular vistas of the private stretch of beach that fronts the beachfront villa. The third-floor master suite boasts ocean views, a private terrace with a hammock and a refreshing plunge pool. The ensuite master offers a simple, yet elegant bathroom with a shower and tub. The remaining four bedrooms have private terraces or balconies and bathrooms. The suites are fresh and uncluttered with plenty of natural light and crisp white bed linens.

Villa La Semilla’s outdoor living space is as spectacular as its interior. The lower level of the villa opens onto a lush garden complete with a long infinity pool flanked by tall palm trees and lounge chairs. A massive outdoor dining table sits under hanging lanterns, so you can enjoy the balmy weather during a meal prepared by your chef. After dinner, the rooftop terrace beckons you to take a dip in the pool and gaze at the stars.
