THE SPACE
Villa Imperia consists of twin villas, Fosca and Virginia, which are united by a hanging bridge where guests can cross from rooftop to rooftop for direct villa access. The properties enjoy a sophisticated decor that brings together clean lines and modern amenities with the natural shapes of earthy ceramics and leafy plants. Large French windows and doors illuminate the spaces while revealing a rush of green jungle foliage outside that gives a tropical feel. Contemporary furniture and black highlights in the living, dining and kitchen areas harmonize with a backdrop of textured white walls and floors, which flow into a central courtyard with large equatorial plants. As another point of joint access, Villa Virginia´s entrance hall connects directly with Villa Fosca´s inner patio.

 

SLEEPING ROOMS
Villa Virginia features two main King suites with ensuite bathrooms and private pathways leading to outdoor bathtubs. An additional two suites each count with a King bed and ensuite, as well as double glass doors opening to a private terrace. Over in Villa Fosca, the setup is similar with two main King suites and ensuites featuring outdoor, glass-enclosed showers. Two more King suites with private terraces complete the guestrooms. Villa Imperia can accommodate up to 16 guests, with the possibility of adding an extra Single bed in each of the four main suites, sleeping up to a total of 20 people.

 

SURROUNDINGS
The rooftops of these luxury Tulum villas feel like gardens with their abundant plants and sweeping views over the jungle of the Riviera Maya. Take a swim in a choice of pools or relax on plush day beds and chaise loungers under umbrellas. A grill bar is featured on each rooftop for al fresco cooking and dining with an amazing view, the perfect gathering place for afternoons in the sunshine and evenings under a colorful sky.

Operated by  Jashita Hotel, Villa Imperia provides the assistance of a private chef for delicious daily breakfasts and dinners. The gated community is monitored by 24-hour security and villa access is managed with a QR code. Bedrooms at the property count with air conditioning, and guests will appreciate the inclusion of daily housekeeping, house concierge, and a pre-stocking service.
