THE PLACE
This luxury rental sits on the edge of Tulum National Park, operated by Jashita Hotel and situated in La Privada gated community within the sophisticated Aldea Zama residential area. Take a Riviera Maya vacation surrounded by nature, where you can relax and rejuvenate while having Tulum´s town center, archaeological site, and restaurants of the hotel zone at a short drive.

 

THE SPACE
This beautiful three-story private home wears a color scheme of muted white with an earthy wash, creating a warm and minimalist backdrop. The focus is extended to textures and shapes used to enrich the space: natural ceramics, smooth wood surfaces, cascading green plants and soft shadows cast through large French windows and doors. Stylish pieces of furniture adorn the dining room and lounge areas, with an adjacent kitchen fit for a chef that gazes out to jungle green through floor-to-ceiling windows. A courtyard in the center of the property is lined by lush plants and offers a contemporary dining table and chairs for al fresco meals.

 

SLEEPING ROOMS
All four of this Tulum luxury villa´s bedrooms count with an ensuite bathroom and minimalist Japanese-style beds. The main suites provide a King bed, with the bathrooms featuring a unique outdoor, glass-enclosed shower. A further two King suites enjoy double glass doors which open onto private terraces. The light and airy nature of the guestrooms creates a calming space for resting, accommodating up to 8 guests. Single beds can also be fitted in each main bedroom at no extra cost, sleeping two additional guests.

 

SURROUNDINGS
Villa Fosca´s gorgeous private rooftop boasts amazing views over the Riviera Maya jungle. A stretch of crisp blue pool invites guests to take a refreshing swim or unwind poolside on double bed sling chaise loungers under an umbrella. Bursting with green plants and floating above jungle views, it feels like you´re in a tropical treetop oasis. The rooftop area features an outdoor kitchen, complete with a grill for secluded cooking under sunset skies.

 

AMENITIES
Guests at the villa will receive the services of daily housekeeping, concierge, and pre-stocking. The bedrooms run air conditioning to stay comfortable and cool on your Mexico vacation. La Privada gated community is watched over by 24-hour security and the villa´s entrance is accessed by a security QR code.
