Crisp white walls, cream stone flooring, and deep wood accents are the ideal backdrop for the captivating views as sweeping windows lead the eye outward to the ocean. Rich wood, organic sisal, and vibrant plants add texture to the sleek furnishings. The posh kitchen showcases sleek white cabinetry and a sizable island with a built-in cooktop. The focal point of the streamlined kitchen is most definitely the blue sea framed by a window that covers one full wall. A minimalist dining room features a wall of windows and a grand 18-person glass dining table. The living area, which opens to the dining space and kitchen, provides the perfect spot for your group to reconvene and share stories of the day’s activities. From the living area, you can peek through wooden shelving into the cozy den, outfitted with comfy rattan furnishings and television.

At this luxury villa, each of the eight guest rooms is a private retreat with its own ensuite bathroom. The five king suites have floating platform beds dressed in soft shades of white and taupe, invoking serenity and peace. The remaining three suites, also decorated in a muted palette, have two queen beds. The bathrooms are spacious with floating vanities, white marble floors, and warm wood accents. A few of the bathrooms feature both shower and tub with sea and greenery vistas, and all rooms are cooled with air conditioning.

The outdoor spaces of this Mexico villa are as impressive as the interior. In addition to a charming courtyard, Alta Vista features a rooftop terrace, a restful retreat overlooking the sea surrounded by leafy palm trees and vibrant bougainvillea. The perfect spot to gather for a moonlight swim and evening barbecue, the roof features an infinity pool flanked by three canopied sunbeds and a wet bar that extends into a swim-up bar. To top off the amazing entertaining area, there’s a seating space where you can relax with a cocktail.  The five-star service of this luxury accommodation includes a housekeeper and private cook who prepares delicious, homemade breakfast and lunch, Monday through Saturday.
