THE PLACE

Set into the hillsides of the Palmilla mountain, Villa 369 boasts views across terracotta tiled rooftops to the Sea of Cortez.

 

THE SPACE
The ocean view villa features stone and brick accents, classical cornices and wood finishes, giving character to the spacious open plan living area, which has an ornate bar on one side and flows to a professional kitchen and dining space on the other. Large glass sliding doors let natural light flood in and offer views out to the surroundings from the interior space. Stepping outside onto the patio, a second shaded lounging area is framed by stone pillars, leading to sun loungers lining the private swimming pool and jacuzzi. Guests can entertain outdoors, cooking lunch on the built-in BBQ grill and looking up to evening stars from oversized cushioned armchairs in the cozy firepit corner.

 

SLEEPING ROOMS
Spread over two levels, this beautiful private home has five bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate up to ten guests. Two main King bedrooms with private sea view verandas can be found upstairs, one featuring a bathtub looking out to the water through a large picture window. Three more Queen bedrooms complete the calming spaces for resting, featuring neutral colors, unique wooden furniture, plush patterned cushions, and bedside lamps.

Villa 369 offers the best of both worlds, a private home-away-from home and access to the restaurants, bars, spa and Jack Nicklaus designed golf course of the neighboring 5-star resort, One & Only Palmilla. Relax in the sunshine and admire vistas from the patio, watch a movie in the villa´s separate living room with a widescreen TV, or head down to Palmilla beach to feel your toes in the sand.

Guests at the property will receive assistance from a dedicated butler, daily housekeeping, concierge, and 24-hour gate security. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning as well as a golf cart to get around easily. Vacationers at the villa are also granted access to the Palmilla Dunes club (reached by golf cart) with facilities including two semi-Olympic pool lanes, a sports bar, children´s playground, private movie theatre, sauna, steam room, spa, tennis courts, and a state-of-the-art gym and fitness center.
