THE PLACE
Las Rosadas is an all-villa beachfront experience on the Costalegre, a stretch of dramatic coast that runs down Jalisco state´s rugged Pacific shoreline. Spanning 387 acres, the property features a nature preserve, pristine beaches, and expansive tropical forest, blending nature with exclusivity. Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR) is just over a 2.5-hour drive north of the property while Manzanillo Airport (ZLO) lies around 1.5 hours to the south, both with charter connections to a small airstrip five minutes from the gates of Las Rosadas. THE SPACE
Paloma Blanca is the largest of the private homes at Las Rosadas, with sleeping quarters set around a central great room. The décor a this Costalegre luxury villa takes joy in showcasing contemporary Latin American art, with large sculptures, bold paintings, and stone carvings accompanied by intricate candles, stone pillars, exposed ceiling beams, and an aesthetic attention to detail at every turn. A spacious open-plan interior encompassess the big comfy sofas of the lounge, long dining table, and full kitchen with a large island. Multiple glass doors open up sections of the walls, fluently connecting inside with the immaculate 2-level terrace. Loungers line the infinity swimming pool and generous jacuzzi, flowing down steps to a trellised dining pavilion draped in tall white curtains with daybeds aplenty. Settle in to admire amazing, elevated vistas over jungle treetops, the coconut palm grove on Rosada Beach and Chamela Bay´s islands.

 

SLEEPING ROOMS
Paloma Blanca provides six guest rooms, sleeping up to twelve guests. Blocks on each side of the great room each offer two king bedrooms, which have direct access to a shared terrace and ocean views through the trees. Oversized bathrooms present walk-in showers, a freestanding soaking tub, and a grand double sink area. On the outer reahes of Paloma Blanca´s villa estate, another king room incorporates an office set up, inside lounge, ensuite bathroom and a huge ocean view deck. A final guest room studio with a private terrace rounds up the accommodations.

 

SURROUNDINGS
Las Rosadas plays guardian to the Costalegre’s beautiful, raw landscapes, inviting guests to appreciate them with a front row seat. The intimate palapa lounges of Bar Mono are nestled amongst an oceanfront palm grove on Playa Las Rosadas, Cocinas and Pajarera Islands sit across the water, and guests can take a bicycle or RZR to the wild, untouched, Turquesa Beach, named after its shimmering aquamarine tones of blue. Enjoy a whole host of ocean adventures, from stand-up paddleboarding and surfing, to snorkeling, fishing, and kayaking. Witness some of Mexico´s most extraordinary sunsets from a privileged vantage point and relax with leisurely dinners at La Terraza, the hotel´s casual restaurant and pool, popping with Mexican colors and curiosities. For a taste of local life, drive 15-minutes north to Punta Perula´s spectacular sweeping beaches lined with rustic seafood restaurants in the sand.

Paloma Blanca includes a complimentary breakfast, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and parking, along with the assistance of concierge, daily housekeeping and security. Guests have access to the property´s beach bar, restaurant and pool, three beaches, ocean bluffs and nature preserve trails for hiking and biking. Kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and surfboards are provided, along with a handful of bicycles. Petanque, cornhole, and volleyball nets are set up on Playa Rosadas ready for use. Services including massage therapy and private yoga sessions can be arranged at an additional cost.
