THE PLACE
Located on the idyllic beaches of Isla Mujeres, Villa Lola Estate is made up of two neighboring villas side-by-side, and is perfect for those dreaming of a luxury vacation on the shores of the Mexican Caribbean Sea. A short 15-minute boat ride from the mainland of Cancun, Isla Mujeres is known as having a very relaxed island vibe and also boasts one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

THE SPACE
Villas Lola and Encantada sit side by side within the same structure, together sharing 10,000 sq. ft. The luxury vacation rentals have private entrances and are joined through garden access and a lovely stretch of beach. Villa Lola hosts a crisp white color scheme with modern furnishings, and huge sliding glass doors guiding indoors to outdoors. Inside, the oceanfront property has a stylish open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, large dining table and a long corner seating area poised for lounging.

Villa Encantada feels warm and homely with its soft peach walls, colorful furnishings and arched architectural features. The main indoor space boasts an open plan lounging and dining area with complete kitchen facilities, and leads through large glass sliding doors to the outdoor patio. To enjoy the tropical breeze, both these Isla Mujeres island retreats have ground floor infinity pools with ocean views, comfy corner seating and direct beach access.

SLEEPING ROOMS
The luxury beach accommodations can sleep up to 24 guests across 13 bedrooms, each with it’s own ensuite. The three-floor Villa Lola has 7 fresh rooms in total with 2 King Penthouse suites completed by sparkling ocean views and private balconies, 3 King suites with private balconies and more ocean views, 1 King lagoon view suite, and a garden view bedroom with 2 Queen beds plus a single loft bed. Villa Encantada’s 6 bedrooms feel bright and calm, with 3 ocean view King rooms including the Penthouse, another King suite on the main floor courtyard, a Queen casita, and another room with a Queen and Twin bed.

SURROUNDINGS
Vacations to this Mexico luxury villa complex can be spent with lazy days lounging by the pool, paddleboarding in the ocean, and taking in the colors at sundown. Each villa has a rooftop lounge, offering another setting to catch some rays and look out over an amazing view of the ocean blues. The open-plan indoor lounging areas are great for cooking and hanging out, and Villa Encantada has an outdoor BBQ to be enjoyed. TV rooms are on hand for cozy moments out of the sun, and with direct beach access, guests can feel the sand between their toes in seconds.

AMENITIES
Villas Lola and Encantada come with the welcome assistance of housekeeping, house concierge, pre-stocking, and the services of a private chef for breakfast time. Guests can enjoy Wi-Fi access and air conditioning throughout the bedrooms and main areas of the villas. Kayaks and paddleboards are ready to be launched from the private dock, perfect in the mornings or at sunset.
