THE PLACE
Estate Taurus is a contemporary beachfront villa in the exclusive Kupuri Estates of Punta Mita outside Puerto Vallarta. This architectural gem has a clean, streamlined aesthetic with an emphasis on rectangular shapes. The exterior is uncomplicated and unadorned, blending in with its natural surroundings. Large expanses of glass introduce dramatic views of the Pacific Ocean, and leafy trees surrounding this luxury villa ensure privacy for your group of up to 12 guests. Perhaps the best feature of Estate Taurus is uninterrupted ocean views from most places on the property.

 

THE SPACE
With a mid-century-modern vibe, this luxury villa’s design reflects the natural environment. Floor-to-ceiling windows encourage natural light to bathe the spaces and make it hard to figure out just where the interior ends and the exterior starts. The laid-back living room is the social hub of the villa, warm and inviting with a large L-shaped soft and two sumptuous turquoise chairs. With open walls on all sides, the area easily accommodates everyone for evening cocktails. The sleek contemporary kitchen, with all the conveniences you are accustomed to, is a combination of wood, stainless steel and granite. The sizeable island has stools and a built-in cooktop with a stainless-steel hood centered over it. Nearby is a unique 10-person triangular dining table. The luxury villa also has a media room, private gym (equipped with treadmill and bike) and elegant office.

 

THE ROOMS
Estate Taurus features four well-appointed suites with king beds and a studio with a queen-sized Murphy bed. The impressive main bedroom has its own elevator and massive bathroom with double vanity, freestanding soaking tub and built-in closet. Tall louvered doors open to reveal stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. Imagine opening your eyes in the morning to the soothing view of blue ocean. The sophisticated bedrooms have high, smooth-wood ceilings, platform beds, and comfortable sitting chairs. This Mexico accommodation’s bathrooms are simple yet sumptuous with straight edges, rich wood vanities and spacious walk-in showers. Each of the bedrooms is outfitted with a Sub-Zero undercounter beverage center, flatscreen TV and private terrace with ocean views.

THE AMENITIES
Your stay in this beach villa includes daily maid service to keep the spaces in top form. Don’t feel like cooking? No worries, a chef is on duty to prepare breakfast and lunch for you and your guests. The house manager/concierge will make arrangements for you and gladly offer advice on restaurants, excursions, golf and spa treatments. Be sure to hop on the villa golf cart as you have access to some of Mexico’s most exclusive beach clubs, tennis courts and gym. For an additional cost, any of the following can be booked for you: airport transportation, groceries, spa services, excursions, and babysitting.
