The main living room is the heart of the property and opens out to a beautiful dining terrace overlooking one of the property´s three swimming pools, lined with sunbeds and a thatched palapa for some shade. After hours, head to the villa´s 20-seater movie theatre or its underground speakeasy bar with a secret jungle entrance!

 

SLEEPING ROOMS
The Esencia Mansion sleeps up to 10 guests in four elegant bedrooms. Spanning the entire third floor, the main suite features a living area, office space, a covered terrace, bedroom and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Two junior suites also enjoy private outdoor terraces, ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs, and a studio lounge. A fourth bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is perfect for one or two children.

 

SURROUNDINGS
From the villa´s towering rooftop terrace, gaze over verdant treetops and a handful of palapa roofs to the sparkling Caribbean Sea on the horizon. This is an amazing spot to take in the surrounding tropical nature, complete with an ocean-facing infinity pool, sun beds, and palapa covered lounge area. With the property set halfway between Tulum and Playa del Carmen, it´s well placed for those who´d like to venture out and explore the Mexican Caribbean.
