THE PLACE
This spacious private home sits in the exclusive Del Mar gated community at the base of Palmilla Mountain, just a 20-minute drive from Los Cabos (SJD) airport. No luxury Los Cabos Villa is complete without a beautiful view, and Casita 7 looks across tropical desert flora to the Sea of Cortez.

 

THE SPACE
Enjoy a relaxing Mexico vacation at this oceanview Los Cabos villa, with spaces that seamlessly flow between interiors and exteriors through large sliding doors. Indoors, living and dining areas are fitted with plush patterned furniture, a wood beam ceiling and dramatic iron light fixtures. The complete kitchen can be found through an open archway behind a breakfast bar for casual dining. Stepping outside, wraparound covered living and dining areas offer plenty of spots for al fresco lounging and dining, some with a fireplace or floating sofa. The impressive patio centers around a generous infinity pool, lined with loungers and umbrellas for guests to unwind.

 

SLEEPING ROOMS
Each of the four bedrooms feel calm and comfortable, summoning Old Mexico through embellished bedheads and textiles. Ensuite bathrooms feature travertine flooring, colorful decorative tiling and carved hardwood furnishings. The master bedroom offers a king bed with a separate office space and a garden patio. Two other king bedrooms boast cathedral ceilings and patio bays, and a spacious twin room provides more sleeping space; Casita 7 can accommodate up to eight guests.

 

SURROUNDINGS
Casita 7 is ideal for luxury getaways with friends and family thanks to a myriad of cozy corners where guests can enjoy communal meals, long conversations, and some quiet ¨me¨ time. Get toasty by the outdoor fireplace in a soft chair or sit under the stars gathered around the villa´s firepit. Splash in the swimming pool while looking out to Baja Sur´s dramatic coastline or cook up a feast on the outdoor BBQ grill. The pretty town of San José del Cabo is a 10-minute drive away, and guests have access to the restaurants, golf course, bars, and spa at the neighboring One&Only Palmilla resort (reservations required).

 

AMENITIES
Casita 7 comes with the welcome assistance of 24-hour gated security, daily housekeeping, a private butler, and a personal chef for breakfast and lunch. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the villa cool, and Wi-Fi runs throughout the house to stay connected. The property has its own golf cart, making getting around easy.
