THE PLACE
Casa Sol y Mar (previously known as Villa 705) is an enchanting private home is located just 20 minutes from Los Cabos (SJD) airport in the Palmilla hillside, offering a scenic Mexico vacation for guests who want to relax in paradise.

 

THE SPACE
With nearly 9,000 sq. ft of living space, this Los Cabos oceanview villa is ideal for groups of family and friends. Classic style elements meet modern amenities and a blueprint that embraces indoor/outdoor living. Retractable walls of windows feature across the villa´s two levels, opening to spacious decks, patios, and balconies that gaze out to the azure ocean. A living area, dining space and kitchen share the open plan interior, with a contemporary aesthetic that blends modern paintings and sculptures with stylish furnishings in black, grey, and white. Pillars, arches and a fireplace add a touch of old Mexico. The outdoor patio hosts countless corners to unwind, from the covered living area complete with a fireplace, to the cozy firepit, BBQ grill and bar, and the beautiful oceanview infinity swimming pool with a jacuzzi and loungers.

 

SLEEPING ROOMS
Sleeping up to twelve guests, the villa´s six bedrooms continue the villa´s contemporary sophistication, some with four poster beds and monochrome palettes, other with bursts of bright colors on plush bedding and rugs. Selected bedrooms have direct access to the upper floor balconies and lower floor patio, with unique perks like a floating day bed, dining table, or al fresco, covered lounge area. The main king bedroom enjoys an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub, as well as a private oceanview terrace. Four more king bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom, and a sixth bedroom provides two double beds that are perfect for kids.

Admire stunning ocean views daily from your infinity pool, balconies, and outdoor lounge areas, entertain by the al fresco BBQ area and chat around the firepit as the sun goes down. Guests at the villa have access to select facilities at the adjacent One&Only Palmilla luxury resort, including the iconic Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, restaurants, bars and spa (reservations required). For a little cultural immersion, the artistic town of San José del Cabo is just a 10-minute drive from the villa.

Guests at Casa Sol Y Mar will be treated to the assistance of 24-hour gated security, daily housekeeping, a private butler, and a personal chef for breakfast and lunch. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and the villa´s private golf cart will keep you cool and connected. The property also features an elevator and guests have access to the Del Mar community’s Phase 4 gym.
