THE PLACE
This ocean view Puerto Vallarta villa is located on the idyllic shoreline south of town, around a 40-minute drive from PVR airport. THE SPACE
Your two-story luxury villa in Puerto Vallarta maximizes the amazing views with wall-length windows and sliding doors that open to wraparound terraces and balconies, letting in tropical scenery and natural light. The interiors take cues from neo-Gothic style, featuring vaulted red brick ceilings, dark wood paired with bold colors, and ornate detailing on carved furniture, patterned tiles, and wrought-iron chandeliers. On the lower floor, the space flows through pillars from cozy living areas to the fully equipped kitchen and an atrium-esque design sits at the heart of the property, framing a grand round dining table. The spacious outdoor patio hosts a large free form swimming pool that reaches over to a shaded al fresco corner with a dining table, BBQ and lounge with its own fireplace.

 

SLEEPING ROOMS
Six guest rooms continue the neo-Gothic glamour with striking four poster beds, rich colors, and statement textiles. The villa can sleep up to sixteen people in four king bedrooms, one room with two queen-size beds and an additional room with two queen beds and a single day bed. All sleeping quarters count with an ensuite bathroom, one with a bathtub, and many open onto the upper balcony´s ocean views.

 

SURROUNDINGS
Bask in the tropical sunshine that Puerto Vallarta is known for and admire some of Mexico´s best sunsets from a privileged location. Head to the private beach club to enjoy the bar and restaurant, to use the gym equipment, or explore the shoreline with stand-up paddleboards and kayaks. The city´s oceanfront ´Malecón´ promenade, restaurants, and bars are just a short 15-minute drive away.
