THE PLACE
Casa Naah Payil is a stylish, 3,600 square feet luxury villa rental, with views onto the blue Sea of Cortez and lush golf course greens. The spacious vacation home in Los Cabos sits inside the gated community of Cabo del Sol, on the Tourist Corridor. THE SPACE
Up to 12 guests can be comfortably accommodated in the five, tastefully finished bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Throughout the private villa, neat structural lines create a modern and calming aesthetic, while natural materials in the form of wall hangings, plants and furnishings add a playful layer. Tall and graceful window walls let light cascade in, to an open floor layout that unites the kitchen, living room and dining areas. An indoor/outdoor concept follows the stone slab floor, passing through thick pillars to an elegant outdoor seating area. Architecture invites guests to admire the sky above, while a singular central tree casts lacy shadows on smooth walls. In the opposite direction through the indoor space, windowed sliding doors open to the pristine outdoor area, dotted with comfy seating options around a pool and hot tub.

SLEEPING ROOMS
This luxury villa in Los Cabos hosts a whole array of bedding styles across the five accommodations, with two King sized rooms, another with two Queen sized beds, and a further two bedrooms with two sets of bunk beds and two double sized beds between them. All bedrooms include a rain shower and air conditioning, with selected rooms featuring TVs, a walk in closet, and direct pool access. The minimalist color palette with wooden furnishings provides a peaceful, and restful environment for sleeping.

SURROUNDINGS
Casa Naah Payil’s outdoor area feels serene, with plenty of sunning opportunities on loungers as well as shady spots under umbrellas. A covered outdoor dining area is a great addition for entertaining into the evening, complete with a master BBQ and grill. The swimming pool and raised hot tub echo the blue tones of the sea, while a unique sunken firepit area sets up a cozy environment, for stargazing from the wraparound sofa.
