THE SPACE
The focus of Casa Las Quimeras is the grand, open-air living and dining space with boundless vistas. This generous palapa-covered longe is ideal for gathering with family and friends and creating memories. Indoors there is a spacious and comfortable family and television room and a cozy dining area. The kitchen is a world-class cooking space with white décor and jungle views. The home comes with air conditioning, fiber-optic high-speed internet, and a four-zone sound system.

 

THE ROOMS

Casa Las Quimeras has six suites, one of which is a children’s and nanny’s tower with 8 beds. Its private bungalow master suite offers a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, office space, living area, ocean-view terrace, and private infinity splash pool. In another private bungalow are two luxurious guest suites with king-sized beds, ocean-view bathrooms, and terraces. Another room offers two queen-sized beds. There is a fun children’s bedroom with bunk beds and a play area that also has space for a nanny. Large windows in each room bring the outdoors and views into the living space.

 

THE SURROUNDINGS
Casa Las Quimeras’ resort-style infinity pool and Jacuzzi are the gems of the villa. Guest will spend days with arms on the edge of the pool overlooking the Costa Alegre or soaking up the sun in comfortable, padded lounge chairs and beds. The hillside property is grand and expansive with perfectly manicured gardens designed to provide a tropical charm and a sense of total privacy and seclusion. The pool rests just in front of the grand palapa, so parents can watch their kids play in the pool while they enjoy the comfortable living area.

 

THE AMENITIES
The home comes fully staffed with a seasoned butler staff, private cook, and maid service. There is a list of French wines and various cigars available. Guests can take the Polaris Ranger to the Playa Rosa Beach Club to enjoy the restaurant and bar. There is a water sports center at the calm and protected beach for various ocean activities like swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Guests can also visit the plaza with shops and restaurants.
