Nestled in the exclusive Ranchos Estate in Banderas Bay, Casa Familia offers undiluted luxury, breath-taking ocean vistas, and all the benefits one would expect when staying in an elite gated community.

The villa itself boasts eleven voluminous bedrooms. Nine come with inviting king beds, stunning ocean views, private baths, and individual climate control systems. The other two bedrooms, which sleep up to six guests each, come with bunk beds — which makes the villa ideal for a family getaway to Mexico.

If guests can pull themselves away from the sumptuous beds, they will find a wealth of exciting and relaxing common areas throughout the property. During the day, the majority of guests will want to head outside to enjoy the beautiful Punta Mita weather. Soak up the rays on the pool-side loungers or spread out on the ocean-front grass lawns. Alternatively, sports fans can head to the basketball court to shoot some hoops. When it’s time to cool off, take a dip in the infinity pool which looks out over the Pacific Ocean or, in the evening, enjoy a margarita in the hot tub.

Direct access to the beach from the villa allows for sunrise walks and days of enjoying the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The sea has manageable currents and waves, ideal for boogie boarding, while the villa, which was previously known as Estate Rana, can provide boogie boards, paddle boards, and surf boards to guests.

Inside, the family can get together in an expansive living area, nestled under a lofty palapa-style roof and enjoy a meal around the large dining table. A gourmet kitchen is ideal for the chef in the group, while a work-out suite includes an elliptical machine, two exercise bikes, and free weights. Wi-Fi and a state-of-the-art sound system spread across the whole villa.

Casa Familia also comes with eight members of staff whose focus is to make sure guests have an unforgettable and completely relaxing vacation. The experienced and friendly team includes an open kitchen which runs from 7am to 11pm, serving international cuisines and authentic Mexican dishes. There is also a twice-daily cleaning service, a turn down service, onsite concierge, and wait staff available throughout the day.

Finally, if guests feel like venturing out of the property, there is an expansive range of activities in Punta Mita. Golfers will be delighted to learn there are two Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses, Punta Mita Bahia and Punta Mita Pacifico. Elsewhere, there is a tennis club with eight courts, snorkeling and scuba diving at nearby Los Arcos, plus an incredible range of water sports to enjoy.
