THE PLACE
Casa Cenote lives in the charming gated community of Puerto Aventuras, located an hour south of Cancun on the Mayan Riviera’s tropical coastline. This luxury vacation rental is a stone’s throw from the beautiful Marina, and is well located to explore the area by catamaran or boat excursions. Nestled between Playa del Carmen to the north and Tulum to the south, the gorgeous Puerto Aventuras villa is perfectly situated to enjoy the surrounding area and relax in luxury.

THE SPACE
This is a tranquil Mexico vacation home with a fresh and laid-back feel, offering ample places to unwind as a family, couple, or with friends. The luxury Riviera Maya rental takes its name from the amazing cenote system underneath the villa, acting as the centerpiece of the property. Two living rooms are well set up with comfy seating and wooden decorative pieces, one of which opens out to the dining area with a large table for mealtimes, and a fully equipped kitchen. Natural materials like wood and wicker run through the design, from exposed ceiling beams to woven chairs and wall hangings.

SLEEPING ROOMS
Casa Cenote features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, providing space for a wonderful Mexico vacation for up to 12 guests. The ground level hosts two King sized bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, private balcony and large walk-in shower. On the upper level, the Master bedroom has a king sized bed, ensuite and private balcony. Two more bedrooms share the same floor and an ensuite bathroom, one with a king sized bed, and the other with 2 Queen sized beds. The bedrooms’ marble floors and cream walls create cool and calming spaces to rest and rejuvenate.

SURROUNDINGS
Guests will love basking in the sun on loungers by the turquoise pool, backed by a rock feature and cascading green palm leaves. The covered al fresco dining area has an in-built BBQ for grilling into the warm evenings, and a firepit for getting cozy. For a view from above, head to the rooftop terrace complete with its own bar, jacuzzi and vistas over the marina and surrounding jungle foliage. With hammocks aplenty and an extra palapa lounging area, you can’t help but recharge at Casa Cenote.

This lovely Puerto Aventuras vacation home comes with the assistance of housekeeping, house concierge and pre-stocking services. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi keep guests refreshed and connected throughout the property, with a surround sound system to set the mood.
