THE PLACE
Casa Carreta is a stunning oceanfront private rental, located in the super-exclusive Punta Ballena residential community. Meaning ´Whale Point´, the privileged area enjoys sightings of the amazing marine mammals in the winter months and is set a few miles outside of Cabo San Lucas.

THE SPACE
This Hacienda-style Los Cabos private home is richly adorned and luxurious from the moment you enter. Wooden main doors open through an arched entrance to reveal a two-story vaulted great room, with two grand staircases lined with curled metal stair railings. Pillars, aged-wood furnishings, and ornate decorative details run through the property, harking to a bygone era, while pop bright textiles and contemporary art pieces add a contrasting modern touch. The Cabo San Lucas luxury villa offers an indoor lounge and dining space that opens to a generous outdoor patio and beautiful sea view through long, sliding glass doors. A complete kitchen features an island and breakfast bar with traditional Equipale stools, with a wooden bar area to the side. In classic Hacienda style, the property has an inner courtyard with a blue tile and stone fountain, softened by leafy flora.

SLEEPING ROOMS
Six bedrooms continue the grandeur, accommodating up to twelve guests in carved wood four poster beds, headboards, and end-of-the bed benches. Two upper-level bedrooms count with King beds, one with a bathtub, and sliding glass doors to the upper floor, sea view balcony. On the ground floor, two more ocean view King bedrooms open onto the outdoor patio through sliding doors, and a further two rooms provide a King bed and two Singles.

SURROUNDINGS
The spacious bi-level outdoor patio boasts spectacular sea views from every angle, and a wealth of comfy spots to unwind on your sunny Mexico vacation. Relax in the jacuzzi and pool, complete with a swim-up palapa bar, or recline on a sun loungers lined by Saguaro cacti. Another shaded seating area counts with stylish woven armchairs and a built-in gas BBQ, and an additional outdoor lounge looks over the patio and sea, framed by pillars. Land´s End and its famous arch rock formation can be spotted from the pool in the daytime, while the firepit and half-moon sofa invites guests to curl up in the evenings. A private stretch of sand is just steps away on the beach below.

AMENITIES
Casa Carreta provides visitors with housekeeping, house concierge, pre-stocking services and welcome drink and snacks. Guests at the villa can also visit the neighboring Punta Ballena Beach Club and Grill, with access to a spa, on-site dining, and a fitness center. For some entertainment out of the sun, the property features a separate indoor media room with a TV and corner sofa.
