THE PLACE

Located in the gated community of Pedregal near the iconic rock formations of Land`s End, the private home sits just under an hour`s drive from Los Cabos Airport (SJD). Enjoy the tropical desert at this spectacular beachfront property, with direct access to a beautiful sandy beach (note: beach not swimmable).

 

THE SPACE
This striking Los Cabos luxury villa oozes bohemian decadence, with eclectic decorative details from animal sculptures and earthy paintings to statement mirrors, curtains, and rugs. The interior space features a fully equipped, dark wooden kitchen with marble worktops, an elegant dining table beneath a brick dome and chandelier, a cozy TV siting room with a patio, and a comfy living room with wall-length sliding doors that connect inside and outside. The patio`s stone floors and clean lines contrast the rich interiors, with color and style added through plenty of sun loungers, a modern square firepit, and a swimming pool and jacuzzi. A palapa hosts the BBQ and poolside bar, while another covered area provides additional cooking space with bar-style seating and a lounge.

 

SLEEPING ROOMS
Casa Alcini offers eight unique bedrooms and eight bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to sixteen people. The guest rooms mainly provide king beds, with queens in a couple of bedrooms. Six of the rooms boast a picturesque ocean view, most have their own ensuite, and some count with relaxing soaking tubs. Two of the bedrooms are found in a separate guest casita and share a bathroom. Each sleeping room has its own eye-catching aesthetic; think plush patterned quilts, old world furniture, carved wood accents, and handpicked paintings.

 

SURROUNDINGS
You`re literally on the beach at this property! Dip your toes in the waves lapping onto the sand, float in the swimming pool overlooking the sea, and gather around the firepit at night under the stars. Guests will have the hustle and bustle of Cabo San Lucas at their fingertips, with its restaurants, bars and attractions like sunset cruises by The Arch, seasonal whale watching, and snorkeling.
