THE PLACE
Las Rosadas is an all-villa beachfront experience on the Costalegre, a stretch of dramatic coast that runs down Jalisco state´s rugged Pacific shoreline. Spanning 387 acres, the property features a nature preserve, pristine beaches, and expansive tropical forest, blending nature with exclusivity. Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR) is just over a 2.5-hour drive north of the property while Manzanillo Airport (ZLO) lies around 1.5 hours to the south, both with charter connections to a small airstrip five minutes from the gates of Las Rosadas. THE SPACE
The property offers two, 3-bedroom villas (Casita Na Praia and Casita La Joya) that capture the essence of the coastal surroundings through well-appointed textiles, ornaments, and furnishings set against a background of white walls and muted colors. The airy and illuminated open-plan interiors host living and dining areas, joining to a marble breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen, softened with natural light. Wall-length sliding glass doors connect the interior space and ocean view pool patio, creating an indoor-outdoor living experience. SLEEPING ROOMS
Casita Na Praia and Casita La Joya offer three beautiful bedrooms, each sleeping up to six guests. Spread over two levels, the upper floor hosts one main king bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second king bedroom provides an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and outdoor shower. Both come with direct access to the pool terrace with seating to take in the sea views. Downstairs, a third ensuite king bedroom is great for kids – the room at Na Praia has a small patio with seating while at La Joya, a garden path leads to the firepit terrace.

Las Rosadas plays guardian to the Costalegre’s beautiful, raw landscapes, inviting guests to appreciate them with a front row seat. Casita Na Praia and Casita La Joya include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and parking, along with the assistance of concierge, daily housekeeping and security.
