To inspect the property
The principal reason for conducting any villa inspection is to make sure everything in the accommodation meets our very high standards. We make sure that everything works, that it’s clean, and that it’s safe. We check high and low. We make sure the doors don’t squeak, the gas flows, and the air conditioning keeps the property cool.
If we see something we’re not happy with, or something we think can be improved, we let the villa manager know.
To check security measures
Checking safety and security is a vital part of our inspections. Many of our villas are nestled within highly secure gated communities with 24-hour security, CCTV, and walking patrols. But it’s important for us to see security in action and to make sure it’s working as it should be.
