THE PLACE
This private rental can be found in the Puerto Los Cabos gated resort community,  located in Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve around a 35-minute drive from SJD International Airport and 15-minutes from downtown José del Cabo. The ocean view luxury villa sits on rolling natural sand dunes, within the same upscale complex as the Ritz-Zadún, residential villas.

 

THE SPACE
Built with luxury, privacy, and connection to nature in mind, a Mexico vacation at the Enclave West invites guests to relax in a beautiful 7,500 sq. ft. home. Large glass sliding doors run through the central line of the villa, creating a continuum of space that unites ocean views, the outdoor pool and patio, indoor lounge, and open inner courtyard. Earthy textures and colors are complimented by artwork featuring organic forms and materials, in effect harmonizing natural design with stylish modernity. The spotless kitchen´s big glass sliding doors open to another patio with an alfresco dining area.

 

SLEEPING ROOMS
Five bedrooms offer tranquil sanctuaries for up to ten guests, with muted colors and tasteful decorative touches. All rooms come with a TV, stereo system, and ensuite bathroom with walk in showers, plus am alfresco bathtub in the main bedroom. Two of the King rooms count with private terraces and ocean views; the third featuring a garden view. A further two rooms, each with two Queen sized beds and garden views, complete the sleeping arrangements.

 

SURROUNDINGS
This Puerto Los Cabos villa enjoys ocean, pool, and garden views from almost every part of the property. Guests can spend dreamy afternoons in the heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi with sea views, fronted by a grass garden. Soak up the sun on loungers or take a break in the shade of the covered outdoor seating area, complete with a gas BBQ grill. As the evening sets in, gather around the villa´s firepit with its cozy, circular seating. The indoor open courtyard is a scene of tranquility, with its pretty tree, green foliage, and peek of ocean blue.

Enclave West Villa #12 offers an array of thoughtful details, including a welcome amenity of margaritas, chips, and salsas, a water purification system, wine fridge, luxury bathroom amenities, and coffee maker. Guests will receive the assistance of daily housekeeping, concierge, and pre-stocking services, as well as high speed Wi-Fi.
