THE PLACE
Seemingly fresh out of the pages of Architectural Digest, Casa Brisa delights the moment you walk in the door. This private home is set on a white sand beach inside the exclusive gated community of Punta de Mita. Guests can spend their days inside the Punta de Mita resort community lazing on the beach, playing golf, or learning to surf. Or guests can head out and enjoy Punta Mita village, with restaurants and shopping, the nearby surf-chic village of Sayulita, or incredible experiences like a visit to the world-famous Hidden Beach.

 

THE SPACE
Estate Brisa offers seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and comfortably hosts up to 18 guests. The home’s high ceilings and 15+ feet high glass walls let the incredible views come into the home unobstructed. When opened, the sliding doors instantly connect the indoor living space with the patio. The large fully appointed kitchen has it all, including a casual eating area. A creative triangle dining table is ideal for those large, group meals. The villa’s décor is modern and chic, with exposed concrete, hand-crafted wood furnishing, and beachy tones. For evening entertainment, the villa has a three-level theater room and a full bar with a game room. There is also a spa area where guests can enjoy a variety of treatments.

 

SLEEPING ROOMS
Casa Brisa has seven bedrooms offering two master suites, a family room with bunk beds, and five plush guestrooms. The master suite includes an en-suite bathroom with a steam shower and an Instagram-worthy, free-standing bathtub encased in a glass-walled space with views of the garden. The villa’s other guestrooms offer ensuite bathrooms, king-sized beds, large screen televisions, and incredible views. The linens are luxurious and comfy, pillows plentiful and cozy, and bath towels soft and fluffy.

 

SURROUNDINGS
The stunning patio of Estate Brisa is expansive and inclusive. Guests will enjoy days in the sizable infinity pool and Jacuzzi which overlook the garden, beach, and ocean. Comfortable daybeds and lounge chairs are spread about the patio, some in the sun, some in the shade, and even some in the pool. Guests will enjoy al-fresco dinners under the stars on the patio as well as drinks in the firepit lounge. A large green belt and path lead down to the white sand beach and warm, inviting waters of the ocean.

 

AMENITIES
Casa Brisa includes a tranquil yoga room, full gym with a personal trainer, and spa area with cold tub, steam room, infrared room, and massage table for ensuite services. The house manager and full staff are available to service guest’s every need. The villa includes modern convenience such as air-conditioning, a superior sound system, satellite TV, high-speed wifi, and an elevator. The home’s concierge can fill guest’s days with local activities such as golf, surfing, snorkeling, diving, whale watching, and much more.
