THE PLACE
Located in Aldea Zamá in Tulum, between the white-sand beaches and downtown. Villa Virginia is a Mexico accommodation part of La Privada, an exclusive luxury community two hours south of Cancun Airport. Villa Virginia’s architecture celebrates the natural beauty of the verdant jungle around it.

THE SPACE
The decor of this luxury villa is a skillful study in restraint. White walls are just the right backdrop for the minimalist aesthetic of this beach villa. The well-edited spaces are open and airy, allowing verdant jungle to take center stage. With a soothing, neutral palette, furnishings are pared down to the luxurious necessities. Rustic wood furniture and sumptuous organic fabrics add warmth to the sophisticated interiors. A round wood dining table seats eight with contemporary light wood chairs. Less is more in the bright, primarily white kitchen, which has a center island, stainless appliances and double glass doors leading to a patio with another dining table.

SLEEPING ROOMS
Each of the four contemporary bedrooms is a relaxing retreat. Comfortable mattresses dressed in crisp white bed linens are poised to enjoy incredible views. Two master suites have both outdoor tubs and indoor showers, and the two other king rooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers.

SURROUNDINGS
This luxury villa has a private rooftop bar overlooking the tropical jungle. The rooftop is outfitted with built-in sofas and a table for alfresco dining under the starlit night sky. Surrounded by a wooden deck, a 10-meter swimming pool with sunbeds might tempt you to spend the whole day lounging. The music system and Wi-Fi are welcome extras.

AMENITIES
Included in your stay at Villa Virginia is access to La Privada’s community swimming pool, tennis courts and Jashita Hotel beach. A maid will service your villa daily, keeping it orderly and clean. The concierge is happy to help you plan adventures, and, for an additional charge, schedule a private chef, masseuse, yoga instructor or babysitter.
