The first villa on the property is called Casa Chakté and features three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. An open floorplan in the common areas includes a chic living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace with seating and a dining table. An elegant rooftop terrace outfitted with a giant lounge bed has breathtaking views of the turquoise ocean and sunsets framed by jungle foliage.

Casa Chechén is a private hideaway tucked into the jungle on the estate. The decor reflects the natural environment with earthy colors and rich wood. With 1,345 square feet of living space, the villa features three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a living-dining room area with a cozy kitchen and a private terrace that opens to the tropical gardens.

Casa Chukum rounds out the trio of Tulum villas. This luxury accommodation includes a living room/dining room area and a fully equipped kitchen in the elegant main house which is extended with a private terrace overlooking the majestic Caribbean. Keeping the focus on nature, a simple color palette consisting of a blend of neutrals is used throughout the villa. A swanky rooftop terrace features a multi-person sunbed and mesmerizing views. The pool house at Casa Chukum has two bedrooms for a total of 4 bedrooms in the entire villa. A central patio is outfitted with lounge chairs and an outdoor bar next to your private swimming pool.
