The living and dining areas share a roomy, open area with a pitched ceiling and glass from wall to wall creating vantage points from anywhere in the room. Traditional in design, the interiors feature colorful artwork, woven furniture and Mexican folk art. Well-equipped for creating meals, the kitchen is bright and cheery with a black-and-white checkerboard floor, a brick dome ceiling and crisp white cabinetry. You’ll find a 70” flat-screen TV in the media area in case you want to settle for a movie.

The six guest rooms are strategically placed on three levels of the villa to ensure privacy for all. On the upper level of this luxury accommodation, an intimate casita provides an ultra-private space. This secluded casita has a king bed, kitchenette, ensuite bath and private terrace that opens to spectacular ocean views. Each of Villa Tita’s bedroom suites touts a private ensuite bath, terrace with sea views and flat-screen TV.

The villa’s spaciousness extends to the outdoor space with over 30,000 square feet of land. Unique to most vacation rentals in Mexico, this property has a lighted tennis court constructed to USTA standards. It’s also home to one of the most expansive pool terraces in the area. A cabana on the sunny terrace shades a wet bar complete with stools, and the heated pool is flanked by lounge chairs and umbrellas. You’ll encounter impeccable service at Villa Tita which has a staff of four, including a cook for two meals per day, a housekeeper, a houseman and a gardener.
