Villa Land’s End

Perched on the hillside in the private community of Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas, Villa Land’s End is a sophisticated luxury villa that stands above the rest, both figuratively and literally. Because of its elevated position, guests have unmatched views of the ocean and even more magnificent views at sunset. The vacation villa is modern without compromising comfort and accommodates up to 16 guests in seven spacious bedrooms spread throughout 7,885 square feet.

The living room, kitchen and dining area share one large space well-appointed with contemporary furnishings. The living room is bright with shiny chrome and glass furnishings anchored by plush sofas and wood furniture. Whimsical sculptures and paintings punctuate the space which is done in a neutral palette and soft hues. With its clean lines, the fully-equipped, modern kitchen is every cook’s dream. Top-of-the-line appliances, light wood cabinetry, and a wall of glass tile combine to create a look out of a design magazine. The giant white-topped island seats eight on one end and houses the cooktop on the other. Next to the kitchen, intriguing starburst chandeliers hang over the long dining table, and a wall of glass doors opens the space to the ocean breezes.

The seven sleeping rooms are uncluttered and simple in design, yet inviting with cozy beds and sumptuous linens. Both the bedrooms and the ensuite bathrooms offer an abundance of space for you to spread out. You don’t even have to step out of your bed in the morning to enjoy the memorizing vista of the turquoise ocean, and six of the bedrooms have a private terrace which makes a great spot to sip your morning coffee.

A spacious, open-air deck has a wicker sectional that seats 15 fronted by two stone-slab covered fire pits. The balcony’s balustrades are clear glass, so the striking views are unobstructed. It’s hard to envision a more ideal place to enjoy the natural beauty before you. Outdoors a wide patio is outfitted with everything you need for a perfect day. A Jacuzzi tub and pool sit on the edge of the deck, so you can still enjoy the stunning views as you swim. The deck also features an outdoor fireplace, fire pit, BBQ and intimate sitting area with lounge chairs. For indoor activity, there’s a gym with free weights and machines, a game room that has a kitchen, bar, pool table and ping pong. For Cabo luxury filled with relaxation and activity, Villa Land’s End can’t be topped.
