THE PLACE
This luxury villa by boutique hotel Ana y José is located in Tulum´s hotel zone, an oceanside stretch of beautiful beaches to the south of the Riviera Maya. With the gorgeous surroundings of the Mexican Caribbean and cultural sites nearby, it´s perfectly placed for a balanced vacation of rejuvenating and exploring.

 

THE SPACE
Casa de Agua´s décor blends modernity with a boho vibe: think woven hammocks and furniture, luxury amenities, and gorgeous sea views. The unique layout of the property features a central open corridor, where a contemporary, free-form swimming pool curves back from the oceanview patio past the indoor lounge and bedrooms. Foor-to-ceiling glass doors invite the outdoor exuberance in, where an open plan lounge awaits guests with a large corner sofa for comfy afternoons in good company. A smart kitchen and dining area sit adjacent, with an eye-catching stone island. Outside, chill on loungers by the pool, enjoying the green mangroves and swaying palm trees that mark the threshold to soft sands. A separate wooden deck is fitted with a bubbly sunken hot tub for an extra dose of relaxation.

 

SLEEPING ROOMS
Each of the four guest suites come in an earthy color palette with wooden design details fitting of the natural environment. Sleeping between eight to ten guests, the villa offers a main King bedroom with a four-poster bed, a junior King room with a partial sea view, a further room with two Queen beds, and another King bedroom with a terrace. For larger groups, a service room can be prepared with two additional Single beds. All guest rooms feature their own bathroom and floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows, coaxing the tropical scenery in.

 

SURROUNDINGS
The opportunities for unwinding are endless at this gorgeous villa. Swing on a hammock between tropical palm trees before gliding through the beautiful pool, or step onto the private beach with palapa umbrellas for lazy afternoons beside the water. You can find the Tulum archaeological site nearby as well as several cenotes, these amazing natural sinkholes for swimming are native to the area.

 

AMENITIES
Guests at Villa Casa del Agua will be able to cook in the fully equipped kitchen, with a chef and pre-stocking service available for an additional cost. The welcome assistance of housekeeping and security comes included. The villa also counts with a sauna and shower with a sliding roof, for a little of the spa experience.
