THE SPACE
Newly renovated and remodeled, Villa 364 offers guests five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms sleeping up to 10 guests. The villa’s living and gathering spaces provide an inviting flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces with expansive sliding doors. The open kitchen, dining, and livings rooms invite people to gather in comfort with views of the sea over the infinity pool. Days will be spent out on the terrace enjoying the pool, resting in the cozy lounge chairs, and taking in the incredible views. The villa’s modern conveniences, contemporary design, and refreshing décor create the perfect environment for a quintessential Cabo villa vacation.
THE ROOMS
The views continue from the villa’s sun-filled master suites—even from the deep soaking tubs. The two master suites have en-suite, granite bathrooms with indoor and outdoor walk-in showers, bathtubs, larger walk-in closets, and comfortable bedding and linens on a king-sized bed. The private casita guest house includes a king-sized bed, gourmet kitchen, living room, and full bathroom. There are also two bedrooms with queen beds and private bathrooms. For those working-from-home or remote learning, the villa has a modernized office. And for chill time, there is a large and comfortable screening room.
THE SURROUNDINGS
Guests will spend most of their time out on the villa’s private terrace. Pass balmy days listening to music from the outdoor sound system as you swim in the infinity pool and soak in the Jacuzzi looking over the Sea of Cortez. Spend nights enjoying the villa’s palapa-covered bar and BBQ area as flickering firepits frame the view over the moonlit sea.
