A great choice for families and groups of friends, this oceanview Los Cabos villa boasts a gourmet kitchen and a large living room that peers through wall-length sliding doors to spectacular views of the surroundings. The villa´s aesthetic finds a balance between regal and contemporary, with bold textile prints, old world furniture, and artistic decorative details. Stepping outside onto the spacious patio, stonework, pillars and arches add a touch of romance, with an infinity pool, jacuzzi, and firepit perfectly places for admiring sweeping views of Baja´s rocky hills and the ocean. Covered areas create space for al fresco dining and lounging in the shade.

 

SLEEPING ROOMS
Casita 35 provides plenty of sleeping space, with up to ten guests accommodated in four luxurious bedrooms. The main bedroom and a second room offer king beds and plush furnishings, one opening through large sliding doors to a terrace and blue ocean panoramas. Another room with two dark wood queen beds also enjoys azure vistas from a private balcony, and a fourth bedroom that’s perfect for kids provides two sets of bunks with queen beds at the bottom and large twin beds on top. Some guest rooms feature impressive ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs and open-tiled walk-in showers.

 

SURROUNDINGS
Guests at Casita 35 have a choice of comfy spots to take in the breathtaking views; from the upper-floor terraces, poolside on a sun lounger, or the indoor and outdoor living areas. When the sun goes down, gather around the fire pit or enjoy dinner with an evening breeze by the kiva-style fireplace on the patio. A short drive away, guests can wander the pretty streets and galleries of San José del Cabo or use of select facilities at the One&Only Palmilla, including the resort´s restaurants, bars, golf course, and spa (reservations required).

Guests at this beautiful luxury villa will welcome the assistance of 24-hour gated security, daily housekeeping, a personal butler, and a private chef for breakfast and lunch.
