The playful, bohemian decor softens the interiors of this modern building as sunshine, and tropical breezes flow freely through the oversized windows and massive glass doors. The open-plan living space is a delight for the eyes with original Balinese and Moroccan art, embroidered Mexican textiles, and vibrant hand-woven rugs. A striking cluster of brightly colored Moroccan lamps hangs from the 25-foot-high ceiling in the lounge, which is outfitted in a free-spirited style with leather poufs and tapestry-covered benches. The space is open to the dining area, which features a luxurious onyx table surrounded by white leather chairs. On the main level, you will also find a spacious gourmet kitchen with sleek cabinetry, black countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.

The first level of this Tulum villa houses a private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This spacious suite features a king bed, a kitchenette, and an enormous bathroom where you can soak in the floating stone tub or rinse off in the outside shower. A modern, restrained staircase with simple glass balustrade takes you to the second floor where you’ll have trouble deciding which of the three guest bedrooms is best. The penthouse bungalow offers a double shower, floating tub, and sumptuous bed; plus, you can slip into the private rooftop pool. The opposite side of that level has two more bedrooms, one outfitted with double beds and the other with a king bed. Both of these guest rooms showcase Balinese furnishings and waterfall showers in the private bathrooms. A 1,000-square-foot master suite spans the entire third floor with an expansive 500-square-foot sundeck where you relax with a good book or sip a glass of champagne as you stargaze.

The magical pool area at this luxury villa features a curved wood deck that leads to the swimming pool, which is enclosed by the garden wall for total privacy. That wall is adorned with a handmade tile mosaic in the shape of a Hamsa. This spiritual, palm-shaped, ornament is a universal symbol of protection. On either side of the glowing Hamsa, a mandala brings peace, harmony, and healing into the space around you.
